Privacy Policy

SalesCoach ("we", "us") helps sales professionals practice, record, and improve their calls. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account information — your name and email address, provided when you sign in with Apple or Google.

Profile & business details — the role, industry, product, and language preferences you enter so we can personalize your coaching.

Audio & transcripts — microphone audio from AI roleplay sessions and any real calls you choose to record, plus the transcripts and notes generated from them.

Usage & device data — app events, feature usage, app version, device type, and general diagnostics, used to keep the app working and improve it.

Subscription data — your purchase and subscription status, managed through the App Store / Google Play and our billing provider. We never receive your full card details.

How we use your information

Run AI roleplay sessions and record the calls you ask us to record.

Generate structured notes, action items, and scorecards from your sessions.

Personalize practice to your role, industry, product, and language.

Process subscriptions and provide customer support.

Analyze usage to fix issues and improve features. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers we share data with

We share the minimum data needed with trusted providers who process it on our behalf:

Supabase — authentication, database, and secure storage.

ElevenLabs & LiveKit — real-time voice for AI roleplay calls.

Google (Gemini) — AI analysis that produces coaching, notes, and scorecards.

RevenueCat, Apple, Google — subscription and payment processing.

PostHog — product analytics and diagnostics.

Google user data

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, SalesCoach requests read-only access to your calendar events (the calendar.events.readonly scope). We read only your upcoming events and, for each, the event title, start time, location, and the name and email of the other attendee (your lead), so we can show your upcoming meetings inside the app and help you prepare for them. We do not create, edit, or delete any calendar events.

Who we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with: we do not sell your Google user data, and we do not share, transfer, or disclose it to any third party for advertising, marketing, or any other purpose. The only party that ever processes this data is Supabase, our hosting and database provider, acting solely on our behalf to store your Google authorization token and run the calendar feature. Your Google Calendar data is never sent to our AI providers (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs) or any analytics provider, and it is never used to develop, improve, or train any AI or machine-learning models. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in the app, which deletes the stored authorization, or revoke access at your Google Account permissions.

Limited Use disclosure

SalesCoach's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention & security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Data is encrypted in transit. You can delete your recordings and sessions in the app, and you can request full deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).

Your rights & choices

Access, correct, or delete your data.

Delete individual recordings or your entire account.

Revoke microphone access in your device settings at any time (roleplay and recording will stop working).

Manage or cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play.

Children

SalesCoach is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
